Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all bookings made on GoGather Hub including Water Parks, Travel, Kids Activities, Gaming Zones, Trekking, and Trips.
1. General Refund Rules
- All bookings are subject to availability and service provider confirmation.
- Refunds depend on the cancellation timing and service type.
- Convenience fees / platform charges are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Refund Timeline
- More than 48 hours before service: Eligible for 80-90% refund
- 24 to 48 hours before service: Eligible for 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours: No refund
- Same day cancellation / no show: No refund
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Special event tickets
- Discounted or promotional packages
- Group bookings (unless stated otherwise)
4. Vendor Cancellation
- If vendor cancels the service, customer will receive 100% refund or reschedule option.
- GoGather Hub will ensure proper communication between vendor and customer.
5. Refund Processing Time
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.
- Refund will be credited to original payment method only.
6. Weather / Force Majeure
If any service is cancelled due to weather conditions, natural disasters, or government restrictions, refund or rescheduling will be decided by the service provider.
7. Disputes
In case of any dispute between customer and vendor, GoGather Hub will act as a mediator but final decision depends on service proof and booking terms.
