Vendor Service & Payment Agreement

This Vendor Service & Payment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between GoGather Hub and the Vendor/Service Provider (“Vendor”) who provides services through the platform.

1. Services

The Vendor agrees to provide ticket booking, travel, event management, and related services through the GoGather Hub platform.

2. Commission & Payment Terms

GoGather Hub charges a 10% commission on every successful booking or transaction.
  • The remaining payment amount will be transferred to the Vendor after deduction of commission and applicable charges.
  • Payments will be settled within 5–10 business days after successful completion of the service.
  • All settlements will be made through bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital payment methods.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

  • The Vendor must provide accurate pricing, availability, and service details.
  • The Vendor is responsible for delivering promised services to customers.
  • Any fraudulent activity or misleading information may result in immediate suspension or termination.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund requests will be handled according to the Vendor’s declared refund policy.
  • The 10% commission charged by GoGather Hub is non-refundable.
  • The Vendor is responsible for processing eligible refunds within the agreed timeline.
  • Disputes related to service quality or cancellation remain the responsibility of the Vendor.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of customer and business information.

  • Customer data must not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Information may only be used for operational, booking, and legal purposes.
  • Both parties must follow applicable privacy and data protection laws.

6. Legal Compliance

  • The Vendor agrees to comply with all applicable laws and tax regulations.
  • The Vendor is responsible for maintaining valid licenses, permits, and GST compliance.

7. Liability

GoGather Hub acts only as an intermediary platform between customers and Vendors. The platform is not responsible for losses, delays, disputes, or service failures caused by the Vendor.

8. Termination

GoGather Hub reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Vendor account in case of policy violations, fraud, misconduct, or poor service quality.

9. Modifications

GoGather Hub may update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

10. Acceptance

By using the GoGather Hub platform, the Vendor agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement.

This Customer Payment & Booking Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between GoGather Hub and the Customer (“Client”) who uses the platform for ticket booking and related services.

1. Services

GoGather Hub provides ticket booking, travel booking, event reservations, and related online services through its platform.

2. Commission & Charges

GoGather Hub charges a 10% commission on every successful booking or transaction.
  • The commission amount is included in the final payable amount.
  • Additional taxes or service charges may apply where required.
  • Booking confirmation will be provided only after successful payment.

3. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be completed at the time of booking.
  • Payments can be made using UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, or approved payment gateways.
  • Incomplete or failed transactions may result in cancellation of booking.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation policy of the respective service provider or event organizer.
  • The 10% commission charged by GoGather Hub is non-refundable.
  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • No refund will be issued for no-shows or expired bookings.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • The customer must provide accurate booking and personal details.
  • Customers are responsible for checking booking dates, timings, and service details before payment.
  • GoGather Hub is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

6. Privacy Policy

GoGather Hub values customer privacy and ensures protection of personal information.

  • Customer information is collected only for booking and service-related purposes.
  • Personal data will not be shared with unauthorized third parties.
  • Information may be disclosed only when required by law or legal authorities.

7. Liability

GoGather Hub acts as an intermediary platform between customers and service providers. The company is not responsible for service delays, cancellations, or disputes caused by third-party vendors.

8. Modifications

GoGather Hub reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time without prior notice.

9. Acceptance

By using the GoGather Hub platform and completing a booking, the customer agrees to all terms and conditions mentioned in this Agreement.
